A shoutout to WW of Roanoke for a great experience from start to finish. From sales to scheduling to installation and yes, service, WW did what they said. Windows arrived within the stated timeframe and the installation crew (a vetted subcontractor) were clearly competent and experienced.
In the process of installing our new windows, several pieces of 35 year+ siding were damaged. WW brought that damage to our attention, ordered replacement parts and promptly installed replacement siding.
It will be a few months before we have data on electrical/gas useage, but our impression in chilly February, is that our heating system is running perhaps 30-35% less frequently than before our new windows were installed.
We felt this to be a very positive, professional experience and based upon our 13 window replacement, would recommend this firm.
