Both the windows and siding look great. minor problems was with the details of the siding, in my opinion had the service rep. kept the appointment made, instead of arriving before both of us were home, some matters would have had no miscommunication. There was also a language barrier with the installers on site. However, they were hard at it the whole time, just wish the communication was better. I think Window World should consider having more installers on a job, With our siding, there were only 2 people each day and i have a smaller home than most in the neighborhood. All in all, we are satisfied with the work that was done.
